She made sure she couldn't be linked to Caylee with the babysitter story and abandoned the car so she would not be linked to that. She is smarter than LE is giving her credit for. She has planned this for months. I think first it was to be a kidnapping story for her parents to get money out of them and then when Caylee met her demise and Amy led Cindy to Caysee the gig was up and she had the perfect story to cover up a murder.
