Why go to court now? Enough of the not wanting it to hang over them … that will continue regardless. And if anything comes that shows involvement they can be rearrested and start over again.
What is the real reason the brothers want to try this now? Is it because the Dutch are coming. Do they want to be free to leave Aruba? Are they not able to leave now? Is there a book deal offer, movie? Are they wanting to sue the government as Paulus set precedent for?
Why not encourage them to tell what they have knowledge of? There are no outcries from them, there is nothing from them. They do not act as if they are innocent. But that is just an opinion, but its mine.

Dana can you ask Mr Kock to tell us again about the bar that deepak quickly stopped at after driving from Carlos and Charlies. Mr Kock had mentioned this about a year ago in a greta interview. I guess they stopped there briefly and deepak ran in for a minute or so.
