“Child rape case may die with victim’s unexpected death” “Two child rape cases hinge on a judge’s decision ”

These 2 cases are in the news in Mobile, AL. The families are trying to get national coverage. I don’t understand why they don’t have it. It is a BIG news story.

They are Kristen Howard (13) and Rebecca Lynn McEvoy (11)

Two little girls unrelated were molested and then both died in accidents. The District Atty says they’ll have to let the cases go because the deaths of the girls violates the rights of the pedophiles which molested them for years (the right to face your accuser.)

What about infant rape or senile rape or mentally challenged rape. Don’t they all fall into the category of not being able to testify?

The families are outraged by this lack of justice.

They have grand jury testimony and doctor records as well as “Outcry Testimony” of family members and friends.
Becca Envoy’s attacker was a policeman and there are as many as 20 other victims. This man’s brother is a known pedophile.

The case is being heard tomorrow April 2 and will be decided by a judge in Mobile AL.

The families don’t understand how these dangerous pedophiles can be let go.
