I am Davina’s father. I enjoyed your conversation with Elaine last night. I wrote you an e-mail today explaining the way things were handled in the court cases we had in trying to obtain justice for Davina. The only path open to us was by the back door of appealing denial of her benefits. This was caused by the DA closing the case after only 5 weeks after her death.
