Isn’t the “Spanking Judge Story” a weird one?! Met him at a Mardi Gras parade, he’s famous for his collection of bowties and spanking paddles.

“Terence Lenamon, a Miami attorney who was once part of Anthony’s team, gave prosecutors a report in November outlining why the mother should not receive the death penalty. His report cited Anthony’s erratic behavior after her daughter’s birth, suggesting signs of emotional or mental distress. . .”

He “was once part of Anthony’s team” . . . .discussing her state of mind at the time of the murder . . . .which seems to make clear, to me, that the legal team is informed and convinced she did murder Caylee ….. revealed by his excuses made on her behalf….which, if memory holds, was at the time the Anthony clan and the “team” all were insisting Caylee was only “missing”.

If the child was kidnapped as they were all claiming at the time, why file legal documents making excuses as to what state of mind Casey had? Obviously because they knew the child was dead.

At the time the document was filed, the Anthony’s were costing the tax payers millions to search for a “missing child” their own daughter’s legal team was filing excuses as to why their client should not get the death penalty for a murdered child.

CASEY ANTHONY: THE CASE for the death penalty & the COMPLICITY of her parents (George/Cindy) in Caylee’s MURDER.
MANY people seriously HATE the lies George, Cindy, Lee AND CASEY ANTHONY have been telling about the HEINOUS MURDER (with malice AND forethought, heavily researched – neck-breaking, chloroform, child snatching, disposal of body) PLANNED well in advance … ETC
IMAGINE Caylee’s LAST MOMENTS: SHE is with the person she trusts MOST in the world; she has been drugged, BOUND, 4-IN DUCT tape pressed over her mouth & nose, wrapped around her face & head –so tightly ENTWINED with her light colored hair –THE DUCT tape REMAINS to this day ATTACHED to her remaining hair & skull).
AS CAYLEE is alone in the dark, God knows where, SHE draws her last breaths knowing she has been ABANDONED to DIE by herself in the coldest, loneliest PLACE in the world. As her spirit leaves her tortured BODY, she leaves KNOWING she will never play again or FEEL LOVED/ AFTER spending several DAYS stuffed in a trash (or laundry) BAG in the trunk of her mother’s car == she is eventually thrown INTO cold, soggy ground with snakes, critters, insects of EVERY variety climbing over and around HER decomposing BODY.
ALONG with an UNCONTESTED MOUNTAIN of forensic evidence processed by the FBI and Oakridge Tennessee state of the art LABS …EVERY CENTILLA OF EVIDENCE relates DIRECTLY TO CASEY ANTHONY.
THE LATEST EVIDENCE: Casey’s shoes THAT WERE left IN HER CAR (the DEATH CAR). WHEN her mother, CINDY first saw the car after it was towed FROM AMSCOT … EVERY MEMBER of the Anthony family ADMITTED SMELLING “a decomposing body” THE DEATH SMELL in that car! The man who towed the car FROM AMSCOT to his tow yard –had recently had ANOTHER DEAD BODY in a car he towed. HE SWORE (under oath) in a deposition that HE TOO, “smelled the DEATH SMELL” in Casey’s car THAT was the exact SAME SMELL he recognized FROM TOWING ANOTHER DEATH CAR.
CASEY’S SHOES: tucked under the seat, which is WHY Cindy did NOT see them when she REMOVED the clothes Casey had been wearing that: ([PER CINDY taped statement to cops) ALSO SMELLED LIKE DEATH -=- which is WHY Cindy says SHE WASHED THEM TO REMOVE THE DEATH SMELL. THUS, DESTROYING EVIDENCE.
THAT ASIDE, the SHOES Cindy did NOT SEE were taken out of the DEATH CAR by forensic experts & THE DNA inside the shoes WAS EXCLUSIVELY CASEY ANTHONY’S. (So NOBODY wore the shoes EXCEPT CASEY).
MOST RECENT NEWS: FBI FOUND CAYLEE’S DECOMPOSING BODY DNA on the OUTSIDE OF Casey’s shoes. NOT Caylee’s regular old DNA==which would be EXPECTED to be on Casey’s shoes. BUT: IT was specifically CAYLEE’S DECOMPOSING BODY DNA.
As if THE DECOMPOSED BODY DNA wasn’t ENOUGH: they ALSO FOUND DIRT & INSECT “residue” THAT CAME FROM THE CHILDHOOD PET CEMETERY (where Casey buried all her pets) AND WHERE CAYLEE’s SKELETAL REMAINS were found. ERGO: WHY the state brought in ALL THOSE BIOLOGISTS, INSECT EXPERTS, DIRT SPECIALISTS,
THIS is IRREFUTABLE.
Regardless if defense cries “JUNK SCIENCE”…. THIS IS NOT 1995 –IT’S almost 2010 and even OJ WOULD have been CONVICTED using today’s science.
HERE’S THE RUB: the REASON everyone HATES the Anthony Family. Rather than STEP=UP and accept RESPONSIBILITY for the death of CAYLEE … Casey SPENT 31-DAYS creating a series of FICTIONAL STORIES to (try) and provide AN ALIBI TALE that would place blame ANY WHERE ELSE -but on Casey.
THE ENTIRE ANTHONY FAMILY INITIALLY ADMITTED the TRUTH of the death smell, Casey’s NON-EXISTENT NANNY no one ever talked TO or SAW, ETC RATHER THAN supporting Casey with everything in their POWER –AND FORCING HER to admit the truth of what happened. THE FAMILY AIDED AND ABETTED HER LIES. AND in so doing, THEY TOO EFFECTIVELY abandoned Caylee.
THE ENTIRE FAMILY spent SIX MONTHS lying through their TEETH about their “SEARCH FOR CAYLEE” — BY AT least October, THEY KNEW CAYLEE WAS DEAD.
THEY ALSO KNEW “the area” where her body WOULD BE FOUND; (Cindy gave said info to PRIVATE DETECTIVE who searched that area ON VIDEOTAPE but found nothing). Since the Anthony’s REFUSED TO PAY their detectives, DOMINIC CASEY & MR. HOOVER — their testimony will likely HANG CINDY. And demonstrate HER KNOWLEDGE Caylee was dead,
IN THE WORST RECESSION of this country’s HISTORY, the Anthony family LED LAW ENFORCEMENT, INVESTIGATORS ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE — costing an OVER=burdened legal system UNTOLD MILLIONS in wasted time, energy AND MONEY: RESOURCES that could have been BETTER USED finding REAL MISSING children.
The Anthony’s RAISED THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of dollars in their “FIND CAYLEE” BOGUS scheme. THE MONEY HAS NEVER BEEN ACCOUNTED for == they have ALIGNED THEMSELVES with a former criminal running a bogus MISSING CHILDREN locator (KID FINDERS) WHOSE sole CLAIM TO FAME IS NEVER having found EVEN ONE MISSING CHILD.
SAID KID FINDERS RECENTLY SPENT MORE THAN $30,000 of DONATED (tax free) FUNDS to purchase a pleasure craft: A BASS BOAT which they (& Anthony’s) have NAMED: CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY missing children’s rescue vehicle.
ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE COUNTLESS WAYS that THE ANTHONY’S have EXPLOITED THEIR tortured and murdered (AND DISCARDED like garbage)…. precious Caylee.
AND IT WILL NEVER END. THE ANTHONY’S WILL NEVER ADMIT THEIR COMPLICITY and responsibility for EVERYTHING Casey –and they THEMSELVES have done to COVER-UP and in fact, CAUSE the death of their grand daughter. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO EXPLOIT little Caylee.
THE WORST OF THEIR CRIMES is promoting their FANTASY TALES to the national media EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. KNOWING Caylee was DEAD, they continued on NATIONAL TV insisting THEIR SEARCHES FOR CAYLEE were resulting IN “CAYLEE SIGHTINGS” all over North and South America.
When anyone QUESTIONS their bogus tales, they continue SPINNING and become COMBATIVE and explode toward anyone NOT agreeing with their unsupported LIES. Their rudeness, anger, disrespect IS INEXCUSABLE. Their actions have also resulted in an INNOCENT person (Zenaida Gonzales) having her LIFE RUINED by Casey and the ANTHONY FAMILY lies concerning Casey’s “NON-EXISTENT NANNY, PHANTOM JOBS, STEALING from her own friends & FAMILY members” ETC
THE ONLY ONE in the Anthony family (Cindy mother’s Shirley Pleasa) wanted Casey PROSECUTED more than A YEAR AGO for stealing THOUSANDS from her aged grandparents IN A NURSING HOME. Had CINDY & GEORGE done the RIGHT THING back then. WITH CASEY having “learned her lesson” from prosecution … CAYLEE WOULD VERY LIKELY STILL BE ALIVE.
Immature 19-YR old CASEY never wanted to keep her baby. BUT CINDY FORCED HER to have the baby … WHICH STARTED A CHAIN OF EVENTS (open warfare on the battlefield of Caylee) BETWEEN CASEY & CINDY. Cindy’s CONTROL FREAK nature is at the CENTER of all that happened to Caylee.
SIX MONTHS AGO: the Anthony family was DEEPLY IN DEBT (Casey and George were BOTH at fault). The family was LOSING THEIR HOUSE, their marriage, –EVERYTHING. So DEEPLY in DEBT where they, filing for BANKRUPTCY seemed the only option.
TODAY, THEY HAVE THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of (tax free donated) dollars that THEY are using to support their lifestyle. LIVING OFF THE EXPOSURE OF THEIR DEAD GRAND DAUGHTER. (What does THAT say about them?)
WHEN CAYLEE’S bones & skull were FOUND – DEC 11TH … WHAT DID THE ANTHONY FAMILY DO? (This also PROVES they knew IN ADVANCE Caylee was DEAD) … Cindy & George SPENT THE next few NIGHTS AT Orlando’s LUXURY RITZ CARLTON …. Where THAT NIGHT they dined w/their attorney AND PRIVATE EYES … enjoying a FULL COURSE GOURMET MEAL – even appetizers AND dessert!
IMAGINE: YOU HAVE JUST FOUND YOUR beloved child has been TORTURED AND HORRIBLY KILLED … DO YOU FEEL LIKE GOING OUT FOR A FULL COURSE GOURMET MEAL with friends?
I SERIOUSLY doubt you would. NOR WOULD any loving person.
Casey Marie Anthony (CMA, who Lee Anthony referenced by name during their SHOW MEMORIAL) that Cindy Anthony INSISTED on having against CASEY’S EXPRESS WISHES .. will, before all is SAID AND DONE, cost taxpayers MILLIONS of dollars and COUNTLESS MAN HOURS of vital county/state/federal personnel.
Casey Anthony is entitled to HER PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE:
But: FOUR PEOPLE on this planet KNOW THE TRUTH –that SHE is most certainly NOT “innocent.” They are George, Cindy, Lee and Casey ANTHONY herself.
THIS is why the FAMILY is guilty of obstruction of JUSTICE. Complicity in Caylee’s murder –and everything else that happened since June 15, 2008.
