I think it is significant that Howard K Stern and his attorneys are going after people like you. I think the message that they are sending out is really to other potential talk show hosts not to interview Rita Cosby. There is not reason in the world any rational person would have expected a retraction from you. You didn’t SAY anything.

I can’t believe you allowed Rita Cosby on your show and allowed her to speak about rumors. She wrote a book for money based on rumors, not the fact. She didn’t have the courtesy to call Howard or Larry and ask for their truths. I am disgusted that she has gotten this far with her book of trash. I am glad you are setting the record straight. I am positive Howard will win his day in court with Ms. Cosby. I hope he wins more than the 60 million. Rita is a disgrace to journalist everywhere.

LOVED ?? Demonstrated by his lawyer’s letter,
I would say he is living up to still loving them – As he said in his eulogy (paraphrasing)
he has work to do here. Go Howard. Sic
Lin Wood on them all, including this ridiculous
book that I believe was a direct result of her contract not being renewed with MSNBC.
Oh, I just love Lin Wood asking for a retraction from what Rita Cosby said.
You were more than fair, and glad you read the letter on air, and it should suffice, you are right
I just cannot listen to the show with that sleazy woman though.
Appreciate the apology – but ? is there people on
Cosby’s side ? First time here, followed through a link – I’m with the people that think
she’ll lose her bank account, seems she’s already forgotten journalism l0l – if she
took that course at all. First time commenter,
but this was fair from you – I still would love to know what you personal opinion is about
this book and Rita Cosby though.

I think you should stick to your guns… to have no voice in this country would be a crying shame, and for people like Lin Wood and Howard K Stern trying to threaten everyone is rediculous!. What happened to freedom of speach? These two guys are bullies and afraid of something!

Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez was ordered dismissed yesterday as presiding judge in the Coroner’s Court inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, after Supreme Court Justice John Lyons ruled that a television interview Gomez gave about the case departed from accepted judicial convention.

Gomez, the second judge to be dismissed from presiding over the inquest, had, according to Lyons, who inadvertently viewed the questionable interview, talked “about what was going to happen or might happen” in the case.

“The present coroner has got be removed from this (and) there’s got to be another coroner,” Lyons ordered, adding that the only thing he knew judges who were asked by journalists to comment on cases that they were presiding over to say in response was: “Buzz off.” Noting that he had “no experience” while practicing as an attorney or during his judicial career of any presiding judge giving press interviews about a case they were considering, Justice Lyons said: “It’s not a practice I am going to approve of.”

Howard was not the one that had the judge removed.

Supreme Court Justice John Lyons is the one that removed Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez

Do let them do this to you. Standup to Howard. He does not own the world.
