The evidence, whatever it is must be fairly compelling. It has taken a long time and perphaps it has taken a long time to be sure the authorities have the case put together in order to avoid any past failures and postures in the charges.
In my opinion, these three were involved as were others. Let the evidence for the search for the truth stand out. It is time to develop a standard for this case and solve it once and for all. My question is … where did this new evidence come from? When that comes out all involved need to look at it carefully and start with that and find the common thread that ties the case to a final close.

Joran’s lawyer said in the dutch paper today that his client’s life had been destroyed again (by being taken into custody once more). The arrest had affected Joran a lot. Joran had the feeling that he was just getting some peace. He was trying to get some control over his life, was not busy with this matter anymore and was enjoying his studies. Also, the was shocked about Joran’s state of being, according to him Joran was transformed into a sad little thing.
I personally think that if you have nothing to fear, nothing can turn you into a “sad little thing”, so he must be fearing.
