Please ask Don Why the Bahamian magistrate took homicide and suicicde off the table all the while Dr. William Hearn was adament that this was an intentional death because there was so much methadone,I belive .22mg left in Daniels stomach post death. Does Mr. Clark think the Bahamians want it out of their country?

Comment from Jill March 25, 2008, 5:01 pm

Please tell Mr. Clark that he is a great man and I appauld him for all he has done for Daniel Smith. I know with all my heart that Howards hands are not clean and I know how hard Mr. Clark has tried. BRAVO.. Mr. Clark!

Comment from Red (not SM’s “Red”) March 25, 2008, 5:41 pm

Please ask about the night nurse and the video tapes. Wasn’t there a tape from the Esso station? How can they finish this inquest without testimony from everyone.
One nurse says howard left 2 times, one says he only left once.
Also the pills… first they say they were found in the howards bed, then people say they were in Daniels hand.
thank you very much
:)

Please ask Don Clark if He thinks the FBI will do anything when the inquest is over. I thank you and Don Clark for doing this. I wish we knew what was going on with Rita Cosby too

Comment from Mrs Marple March 25, 2008, 6:30 pm

I have so many questions for Don Clark it is hard to narrow them down to a few. I am not sure what he can answer while the verdict is still pending so I do hope that you have him back after the verdict is reached.

I would like to know what he thinks the outcome would be with each verdict that is reached. Such as does he think that if there is an “open verdict” if there will continue to be an investigation in the states? If there is an accident verdict will that close the case for all times or could more information reopen the case?

What was his most disappointing moment during the case?

What was the most dramatic testimony in the case?

Why did the Bahamian Magistrate postpone his final summations to the inquest jury?

And what does he think about the Magistrate taking suicide and murder off the table?

What did he think of Howard K Stern’s and Larry Birkhead’s demeanor during their testimonies?

When does he think the findings of California investigation into the doctor’s that prescribed so many drugs for Anna will be announced? Does he think that the investigation only covers the doctors or could the investigation expand further into the culpability of Howard K. Stern?

Were the Bahamian people cordial and compassionate towards Virgie Arthur?

Comment from sick of the two men and a baby March 25, 2008, 7:09 pm

Were there any methadone metabolites in Daniel’s system to indicate he was experimenting or had taken any methadone in the days prior?

HOW can suicide be taken off the verdict list IF it was such a huge dose? They really don’t think he decided to party in the room at 5 am, do they?

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE GAVE HIM SOME 40 MG PILLS THAT ANNA MAY HAVE HAD BACK IN APRIL/MAY 2006? hmmmm

Is it possible someone kept anna’s pills from early in her pregnancy in case they could be traced, so they’d trace back to her?

THANK YOU MR. DON CLARK FOR GIVING DANIEL WAYNE SMITH A VOICE.

Great questions! I agree with Mrs Marple. Please have Mr. Clark back on after the conclusion of the inquest to answer questions that may not be able to be addressed tonight. Thanks and many thanks to you Mr. Clark!!

Please ask Mr. Clark why the Nannies statements were not allowed – they had much to say…

Thank you so much for having Mr. Clark tonight! I found his interview incredibly interesting! I am especially for him setting the record straight about verdicts being taken off of the table! It has been difficult, sometimes, to get accurate information about this case.

I am really looking forward to Mr. Clarks’s interview after the inquest!

Thanks Folks!

Don Clark is a huge joke, how is he going to explain he was a source for Rita Cosbys trash novel? Is Clark aware that methadone tablets go up to 40mg? Seems like Daniel took a few, love how Don Clark can gloss over the fact that Daniel was hospitalized for drug abuse prior to his death, and the huge fact that Virgie Arthur hadn’t been in Daniels life in 12 years, how the heck can she even guess what Daniel would do and what he wouldnt, Daniel was raised by a mother who popped pills, this was normal to him.

Clark is reaching and its getting him no where, shame on him, he thinks the Bahamanian people are stupid.

Ava you are so right about DC I just hoep the Bahamian here how he is laughting at their country and court system. All countries have different systems.Mr Clark is paid as a commentator but he is employed bu someone involved in this case and of course he is going to spin things his way and not necessarily the true way. I have seen and heard enought of him to last me a lifetime and if our FBI has people as arrogant as him we need to change things in this country. The FBI is not better than any other LE they just have the federal government behind them and may have more resources tha our county or state LE.IMO all LE should work together and not against each other.

Thank you, Dana, for bringing this infomation to the public. The show was very interesting and informative. Thanks, to Don Clarke, also. I have an admiration and respect for Mr. Clarke. He seems to be a very kind, compassionate, and good person. I like to read the different view points of both sides of a story. To me, generally speaking, not all stories have just one side and prespective. IMO

Dana , are you going to have Don Clark back on your show now that the farce of a verdict has been done? If so ,please ask him about magistrate Campbell telling the jurors in open court how they were to rule .This whole mess sickens me and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth regarding justice.
