I, too, like everyone else felt Casey was guilty of her’s daughter’s disappearance, whatever the circumstance. I still feel this way, however, I am having afterthoughts…..
Everyone who is being interviewed from Casey’s past talk’s of her love for her child, what a nice person she was, they all find it hard to believe that she could do such a thing. The former boyfriend’s father, stated last night that he believed “Casey just wanted to get away from her mother.” After seeing and hearing her mother’s reaction, I am beginning to wonder if the mother (Cindy) pushed Casey over the edge….causing her to behave erractically and despicably. If this should turn out to be the scenario, is there a possibility that her defense team could plea temporary insansity and avoid the death penalty? I think the girl is afraid to confess….AFRAID OF HER MOTHER. Maybe the prosecutor should bring in psychologists and do an indepth study…and through counseling get her to tell what actually happened and why. The mother Cindy, may need to be kept out for a while…….

I couldnt agree more with you Dana about Leonard Padilla. I’ve had the pleasure of talking to him briefly a few times about some facts surrounding the case & he’s a down to earth guy who isnt afraid to admit he was incorrect & with conviction do the right thing, in this case going above and beyond…God bless him & Tim Miller. Godspeed & may Justice for Caylee prevail.
