Scared Monkeys Radio

For over a decade, Dana Pretzer has been doing his own brand of unique, entertaining, informed and refreshing style of talk radio. Talk radio where he allows the guest to talk, answer questions and inform the listeners on the important news stories of the day. Dana refers to it as "Main Street Media." We like to refer to it as a welcome and appreciated change.

Dana Pretzer brings his energetic yet relaxed demeanor and his well prepared yet spontaneous style of interviews to Scared Monkeys. Along with some of the biggest and most high-profile guests in the news today. Dana also brings a background in satellite radio and over 20 years in law enforcement. That, coupled with his relaxed yet professional and focused demeanor, makes him a natural behind the SMR microphone.

Dana and Scared Monkeys Radio focuses on Missing Persons, Unsolved Mysteries, Victims Rights, Politics, Crime & Punishment, Exploited Children, Entertainment, Technology and whatever the breaking and relevant stories are of the day. The stories that people want to talk about and hear.

Your statement:

“To be honest with you when Drew Peterson is on the program it’s one of the highest rated programs that we have…If I brought Drew Peterson on and accused him of being a murderer and all this sort of stuff, do you think that he’d return to my program?”

**********
So, in essence, your interview is fluff, merely a ratings grabber, without any concern for your viewers’ intelligence? You merely follow a carefully scripted set of questions/rules so that you don’t offend the crime suspect regarding the fate of his two wives, so he doesn’t get offended and comes back to your show?

How repulsive — a money/ratings game, and you are teacher’s pet. How wonderful for you. I’m a little puzzled, though, by your admission that you merely say what you do to this crime suspect solely for ratings. Now, why don’t you tell us what you REALLY think of him, since he’s used you for his own self-promotion and seems to have dumped you for another. His name is Mancow!

I have to wonder what has REALLY happened to society that a radio station would bend to a suspected murderers whims!

so you are saying that Murder Suspects are as deserving as any actors, singer, athlete, and politician? The laws in this country defiantly need to be altered or to prevent these murder suspects who are still subject to an ongoing investigaton from being skyrocketed into a nauseating type of celebrity status!! It is shocking that you are using this trajedy as an attention-grabbing story that continues to be thrown in the face of the victims survivors to gain ratings, while the news of his two victims falls by the wayside!! Shame on you and your moral character!
